Who is ABODE?
Sean R. Hilliard is the creator and managing broker of ABODE. Having worked nearly 15 years in Chicago he recently started to set down roots in the beautiful Fox Valley area of Chicago's western suburbs. Sean brings a unique background to his clients through his nearly 20 year real estate experience in new construction home building, real estate consulting, property and leasing management, project management of large apartment developments across the country and real estate brokerage. Simply put, he's not just a broker but brings a myriad of real estate experience that lends itself to a successful partnership with his clients in achieving their goals. He is striving to build a brokerage of diverse expertise with pricing options providing a balance of desired elements.
